These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of natalia-hood.com and the spiritual, energy healing, mentoring, sound therapy, cosmoenergy, audio recordings, talismans, and related services provided by Natalia Hood.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site/Services.

2. Nature of Services – Important Disclaimer
The Services are spiritual, energetic, and holistic in nature. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatments. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual. The Services are for entertainment, personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-improvement purposes only. Consult qualified medical/mental health professionals for health concerns. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the Services.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18 in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

4. Sessions and Payments

• Sessions (individual/group), audio setups, talismans, and accompaniment are provided as described on the Site.
• Prices are listed on the Site (e.g., individual session $300, etc.) and may change.
• Payments via PayPal or Zelle are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• No refunds for dissatisfaction with spiritual/energy outcomes.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not use Services for illegal purposes.

5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of session details and personal information shared, except as required by law.

6. Recording and Use of Session Materials 
Sessions may be recorded by us in audio and/or video format for purposes including, but not limited to: quality assurance, personal reference, training, or promotional use.
By booking and participating in a session, you grant us permission to record the session unless you explicitly state otherwise in advance (e.g., via email or written notice before the session begins).

You further grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and display portions or excerpts of such recordings (audio, video, or any derived content) for our own purposes, including but not limited to:

• Posting on our YouTube channel, social media accounts, website, or other online platforms;
• Marketing, promotional materials, testimonials, educational content, or demonstration of our Services;
• Internal archiving or professional development.

We will make reasonable efforts to anonymize or disguise your identity in any publicly shared materials (e.g., blurring face/voice alteration/removing personally identifiable details) unless you provide separate written consent for identifiable use.
If you do not wish for any recording to occur or for any portion to be used publicly (even anonymized), you must notify us in writing before the session starts. We will respect your request and either not record the session or limit its use to private purposes only.

You acknowledge that once materials are published with your consent (or without objection after proper notice), revocation of permission after publication may not be feasible, and we are not obligated to remove already-posted content.
This clause does not affect our general confidentiality obligations as outlined in Section 5, except where you have consented to public or promotional use.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, audio, techniques, talismans descriptions) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or impersonate others; transmit viruses; interfere with the Site; or use Services for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site/Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
